This library remembers the Mexican lawyer, senator and magistrate Silvestre Moreno Cora, who stood out for his treaties and investigations in territorial, criminal and civil matters.The property is located in the center of the city in the imposing building that more than half a century ago was the old Bank of London and Mexico, and that today belongs to the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
