The transitory nature of life.. Yet art is not like that. Art endures. Art outlives. Ars longa.. Yet vita brevis est.. This is the near the final of the third act in the show. An amazing sad scene where the woman has been murdered. I couldn't stop crying on pretty much all the times I've seen this in audition or in actual play.
