It was a long way till I reached the theme of Tabor light. Firstly, I exercised upon the metaphor of “infra-red light” (“Aid for an eye”, “MAN”, “Love”) trying to overcome the crisis of representation, the lack of the most important feature – “figurativeness” – in visual art. I blame the exorbitant complications of levels of self-analysis which has become a typical feature of modern artistic language. I tried hard to grow a certain “night-vision device” within myself, so that to sharpen our view of the very core of an objet d’art through a dim veil of cultural and pseudo cultural layers.
