Section 3 – Description of the Services
- Overview of trendhub’s Core Features
- Social Collaboration Network: trendhub is designed to bring individuals, businesses, influencers, educators, and other communities together in a virtual environment for discussion, sharing, and collective decision-making.
- Virtual “Hubs”: Each Hub serves as a dedicated space to showcase and evaluate various pieces of content (e.g., images, videos, audio files, documents, code snippets, and more). Hubs may be public (visible to all Users) or private (accessible by invitation code).
- 3D Carousel Display: Central to each Hub is a 3D carousel that presents items in a visually engaging manner. Users can swipe or rotate through items to view details, vote, and comment.
- Creation and Management of Hubs
- Hub Creation:
- Title, Description & Question: A Hub Creator (the User who initiates a Hub) defines a title, a brief description, and a question relevant to the items in the Hub.
- Items (or “Elements”): Creators can add multimedia items, each with its own attributes, descriptive text, and optional “gift containers,” which may include links, files, or rewards.
- Privacy Settings: Creators choose whether a Hub is public or private. Private Hubs require an invitation code for access, granting the Creator control over participation.
- Duration and Scheduling: A Hub has a start and end date. Upon expiration, final voting results are tallied, and any associated reward distribution (points or tokens) is carried out.
- Community Contributions: If enabled, other Users can add content to a Hub, subject to the Creator’s approval. This collaborative approach allows for richer discussions and a broader range of viewpoints.
- Hub Creation:
- Content Interaction and Voting
- PERSONAL like: Users cast subjective votes by staking “points.” These influence a personal ranking system (e.g., moving up toward the “Trendsetter” rank).
- EXPERT like: Users stake “CRED” tokens to cast a more “objective” vote. At the Hub’s conclusion, tokens are pooled and distributed to voters who supported items that achieved a majority (or an otherwise specified threshold) of votes.
- Commenting and Sharing: Under the carousel, Users can post comments tied to a specific item or the overall Hub topic. Content may also be shared externally via social media channels.
- Subscription and Monetization Model
- Subscription Hubs: Hub Creators can set up paid subscriptions, allowing them to offer exclusive Hubs, extended content, or special polls to paying subscribers.
- Fees and Commissions: The Hub Creator establishes a recurring subscription price; trendhub retains a percentage (e.g., 15%) as a service fee.
- Token Mechanism: CRED tokens can be purchased, earned, or otherwise acquired by Users. Tokens are used for EXPERT likes or as part of reward distributions in Hubs.
- Fair Distribution: When a Hub ends, any tokens staked in EXPERT likes are allocated among successful voters (i.e., those who voted for winning or trend-leading items).
- Subscription Hubs: Hub Creators can set up paid subscriptions, allowing them to offer exclusive Hubs, extended content, or special polls to paying subscribers.
- Gamification and Reward System
- Points: Users gain or lose points when casting PERSONAL likes. A net accumulation can elevate Users through platform ranks.
- CRED Tokens: Represent a more tangible stake in a Hub’s outcome; tokens can be won or lost depending on voting results.
- Gift Containers and Prizes: Hub Creators may offer gift containers or prizes within items (e.g., discount codes, digital goods). These are unlocked once the Hub concludes or certain conditions are met.
- AI-Assisted Content Creation (Where Available)
- Idea Generation: Hub Creators can receive Hub topic suggestions or pre-filled content prompts from our AI system, streamlining the creative process.
- Community Development: Once AI-based content is posted, the community can expand and refine it through the “Contribution” feature, ensuring broad input and higher engagement.
- Data Use and Insights
- Trend Analysis: The platform aggregates voting data, points distribution, and token allocations to identify which items are trending or most popular.
- Analytics: Hub Creators may access anonymized analytics on engagement, enabling them to refine future Hubs, polls, or content strategies.
- User Privacy: While trendhub collects data on User activity to provide these insights, we adhere to strict data protection standards as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Availability of Services
- Service “As Is”: We strive to keep trendhub accessible and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Feature Updates: We may enhance or discontinue certain features to improve User experience, comply with legal requirements, or adjust to new market demands. Notice will generally be provided when major changes are made.
- Contact and Support

- Reporting and Enforcement
- Violation Reports: Users can report any Hub or Hub-related content believed to violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. trendhub will review the complaint and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or Hub suspension.

Section 13 – Fees, Subscriptions, and Payment Policies
- Overview
This Section outlines the financial and monetization mechanisms on trendhub, including subscription fees, token usage, decentralized transactions via Fireblocks, and ACYC’s broader ecosystem integration. By engaging with any paid or token-based feature on trendhub, you agree to abide by the following terms.
2. Subscription Model
- Paid Tiers
- Subscription Access: Hub Creators may offer exclusive or premium content accessible only through recurring subscription fees.
- Platform Commission: trendhub retains a percentage (e.g., 15%) of each subscription payment as an administrative and service fee, with the remainder forwarded to the Hub Creator.
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions typically renew automatically until canceled by the User, with billing cycles specified at the point of subscription.
- Subscription Management
- Upgrades and Downgrades: You may change your subscription tier or cancel it through your account settings.
- Refund Policy: Unless stated otherwise or required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
3. CRED Token Ecosystem and Decentralization
- Non-Custodial Wallets and Fireblocks
- Wallet Connection: Users have their own non-custodial wallets and connect them to trendhub to manage CRED tokens.
- Transaction Coordination via Fireblocks:
- Pre-Game/Hub Stage: Users authorize trendhub to move CRED tokens from their non-custodial wallets into Fireblocks-managed wallets whenever they participate in Hubs under the GAME OF SKILL principle (EXPERT like staking, etc.).
- Transaction Messaging: trendhub sends API calls to Fireblocks, which coordinates and secures the token flow between wallets.
- Post-Game/Hub Distribution: Once voting and reward calculations are complete (based on objective/subjective results), trendhub instructs Fireblocks to return the appropriate CRED token amounts to the Users’ non-custodial wallets.
- Security and Transparency: Fireblocks leverages distributed ledger technology (DLT) to ensure transparency, immutability, and secure handover of tokens between the hub wallets and User wallets.
- Objective & Subjective Voting Validity
- EXPERT Like (Objective): Staking CRED tokens for an item encourages careful, financially backed assessments.
- PERSONAL Like (Subjective): Users cast votes free of financial commitment, reflecting personal tastes and opinions.
- Balanced Outcome: Combining these two forms of voting yields a final result that merges crowd wisdom with individual preference, leading to a more representative consensus.
- Utility and Benefits for Users
- Voting and Evaluations: CRED tokens can be staked for voting on Hub content, creating transparency and reflecting collective opinion.
- Rewards for Quality Contributions: High-quality engagement can yield token rewards, enhancing platform interaction and encouraging valuable posts.
- Simulated Financial Economy: CRED usage in Hubs enables Users to experience token-based transactions and understand basic financial models.
- Role of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)
- Immutable Records: All transactions (e.g., token movements between Fireblocks wallets and non-custodial wallets) are recorded on the blockchain, mitigating fraud risks and enhancing User trust.
- Smart Contract Automation: Automatic token movements, reward calculations, and distribution are executed via smart contracts, reducing human error and increasing efficiency.
- Future Prospects
- Full Decentralization: Once the CRED token is widely available on crypto exchanges, trendhub’s token-based economy will operate on a fully decentralized basis, with Users maintaining full control over their assets.
- Growth and Security: The combined application of Web2 accessibility and Web3 transparency positions trendhub as a frontrunner in blockchain-based community engagement.
4. Integration into the ACYC Ecosystem
- Metadata Ecosystem and CRED Token
- Services for Metadata Providers: Workshops, marketplaces, and other providers may use CRED tokens to access ACYC’s infrastructure—like advanced analytics or life cycle reports—and integrate this metadata into their products or services.
- Seamless Monetization: By accepting CRED tokens as payment, metadata providers can offer premium features and additional services, all secured via DLT.
- Monetization and Economic Benefit
- Revenue for ACYC: A portion of every CRED token usage transaction supports ACYC’s platform operations and development.
- Long-Term Value: As adoption of CRED tokens grows across multiple use cases—ranging from trendhub voting to metadata-driven services—demand may rise, potentially enhancing the token’s value.
- Sustainability: Multiple applications of CRED within the ecosystem support stable token prices, reduce volatility, and add investor/partner appeal.
5. Sales Models on trendhub.one
- Voting with CRED Tokens
- Token Flow in Hubs: When Users stake CRED tokens for EXPERT votes, those tokens pool into a Hub balance.
- Distribution: Once the Hub or game concludes, tokens are allocated among winning voters, Hub Creators, and the trendhub platform itself, according to the fair distribution formula.
- Engagement Rewards: Users whose content proves successful in Hub evaluations may receive tokens as a reward, enhancing their incentive to contribute quality materials.
- Subscription Models
- Recurring Fees: Hub Creators may lock specific content or Hubs behind recurring subscriptions, generating a steady revenue source.
- trendhub Commission: Approximately 15% of subscription fees go to trendhub for hosting and operational expenses; the rest is paid to the Hub Creator.
- Interest Ads Program
- Targeted Advertising: Companies select specific interest groups aligned with relevant Hubs. By setting a daily budget, they display promoted Hubs to targeted Users.
- Cost per Entry: Each time a User clicks and enters the promoted Hub, a fixed fee is deducted from the advertiser’s daily budget.
- Monetization Stream: trendhub benefits by facilitating these ad placements, while businesses gain direct access to niche communities.
6. Payment Methods and Processes
- Accepted Methods
- Traditional and Crypto: trendhub may accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and certain cryptocurrencies (including CRED itself), subject to legal constraints.
- Third-Party Payment Providers: By utilizing these providers, you agree to their respective terms and fee structures.
- Transaction Fees and Taxes
- Network Costs: Certain blockchain interactions may carry gas fees or transaction costs, which Users bear.
- User Tax Obligations: Any local taxes, including VAT or income tax, remain the User’s responsibility.
- Chargebacks and Disputes
- Unauthorized Claims: Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or reversal of tokens and subscriptions.
- Communication First: If you wish to dispute a fee, contact trendhub at hello@trendhub.one before initiating a chargeback.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
- Subscriptions
- No Pro-Rata Refunds: Except where mandated by law or specifically stated, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Effect: Canceling halts future billing but does not retroactively refund past payments.
- Token Transactions
- Irrevocable Stakes: Once tokens are staked in a Hub, they cannot be reclaimed until the Hub or voting ends.
- Hub Cancellation: If a Hub is canceled, tokens may be returned to respective User wallets at the Creator’s or trendhub’s discretion.
8. Account Suspension and Forfeitures
- Violation of Terms
- Fraud or Abuse: Trendhub may suspend your account and seize or freeze tokens/subscriptions if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
- No Liability: Trendhub is not responsible for any losses (e.g., staked tokens, subscription time) resulting from account restrictions due to rule violations.
- Restoration
- Discretionary Reinstatement: Depending on the severity of the violation, we may allow reactivation of your account or partial restoration of tokens, at trendhub’s sole discretion.
9. Updates to Fee, Subscription, and Payment Policies
- Continuous Improvement
- Evolving Ecosystem: As the CRED token matures, and ACYC adds more partners and metadata providers, trendhub may adjust its fee schedules, subscription models, or transaction processes accordingly.
- Notice of Changes
- User Communication: Substantial revisions will be communicated via email or in-platform notifications. Your continued use after these updates signifies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Contact and Support
- Payment Inquiries: For any questions or concerns about subscriptions, CRED token transactions, or fees, please email hello@trendhub.one.
- No Investment Advice: All token usage and transactions occur at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as financial or investment advice.
By participating in subscription-based Hubs, acquiring or staking CRED tokens, or otherwise engaging with the financial and tokenized features of trendhub, you acknowledge and agree to these updated payment policies, including the decentralized transaction flow via Fireblocks, the ACYC integration, and all outlined monetization models.
